These Terms govern your use of iDataHost websites, hosting, domain and related services. By ordering or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration and related services as described at the time of order. Specifications and pricing may change; changes do not affect an active billing term already paid.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and billing information.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, to send spam, or to disrupt others. We may suspend services that threaten the stability or security of our network.

4. Payment & billing

• Fees are due in advance for each billing term (monthly, annually, etc.).
• Invoices are generated before the due date; services may be suspended if payment is overdue.
• Setup fees, domain registrations and third-party licences are non-refundable.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your client area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term unless stated otherwise.

6. Uptime & support

We aim for high availability and provide support through our ticket system and live chat. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control are excluded from any uptime commitment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
