Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing iDataHost. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service. By placing an order and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.

30-day money-back guarantee (conditional)

We stand behind the quality of our service. If, within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are unable to use a service because of a fault on our side — for example, we are unable to provision or deliver the service you paid for, or a problem with our infrastructure prevents you from using it and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time — you may request a refund of that service fee and we will honour it.

In other words, refunds are provided when the problem is ours to fix and we cannot fix it. Please open a support ticket first so our team has the opportunity to resolve the issue; most problems are fixed quickly at no cost to you.

When refunds are not available

Outside the conditional guarantee above, all payments are non-refundable. In particular, we do not refund for:

• Change of mind, ordering the wrong plan, or no longer needing the service;
• Issues caused by the customer, your own software/configuration, or a third party;
• Reasons outside our reasonable control (including force majeure);
• Any request made more than 30 days after the initial purchase;
• Violations of our Terms & Conditions or acceptable-use policy that lead to suspension or termination.

Always non-refundable

Regardless of the guarantee, the following are non-refundable because they are purchased on your behalf from third parties or represent one-time costs:

• Domain name registrations, transfers and renewals;
• SSL certificates and software licences (cPanel, control panels, WHMCS, etc.);
• Setup fees and administrative fees;
• Renewals of any existing service (the guarantee applies to your initial purchase only).

Cancellations

You may cancel any service at any time from your client area. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service remains active until the end of the term you have already paid for. Cancellation outside the conditional guarantee does not entitle you to a refund of the current term.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your client area or email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Billing errors & chargebacks

This policy does not affect the correction of genuine billing errors (such as a duplicate charge caused by a technical fault) — contact us within 7 days and we will correct any verified error. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; disputes raised in breach of this policy may result in suspension of your services.
