We want you to be satisfied with iDataHost. This policy explains when refunds are available.

30-day money-back guarantee

New shared and WordPress hosting accounts are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your initial order and we will refund your hosting fee.

What is not refundable

• Domain name registrations and renewals (these are paid to the registrar and cannot be reversed).
• Setup fees and administrative fees.
• Third-party licences (e.g. cPanel, control-panel, SSL certificates and software licences).
• VPS, dedicated and cloud servers, and any service beyond its first 30 days, unless required by law.
• Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions or acceptable-use policy.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your client area or email support@idatahost.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
